About Family Learning Discovery

Family Learning Discovery was conceived with one purpose in mind: to build resilience and transgenerational longevity in enterprising families by encouraging them to follow inspiring learning paths, develop family learning champions, acquire special skills, and meet new challenges head on. Family Learning Discovery is part of a suite of learning tools that shows business-owning families how to implement learning strategies that address their areas of weakness and build on their collective strengths.

The survey takes 15 minutes. Upon completion, users are scored in three categories and offered recommendations that include specialist reading materials, family enterprise courses and course units, and motivational videos from experts and peers in the family enterprise sphere. No hidden agendas. Family Learning Discovery is part of a family learning toolbox that comprises Family Forward in which enterprising families are encouraged to build a family learning community to remain strong in uncertain times and thrive through skills-acquisition.
